December 13 – Gov – Setting a Precedent

The activity in class today asked students to work in a group to sort through slips of paper in order to match landmark supreme court cases with the precedent set by each. The activity took the majority of the period, and – if nothing else – should have reinforced the need to study the cases in order to prepare for the test on Tuesday.
